SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping

1. SHIPPING FREE on prepaid orders above DKK 700/-. For Prepaid Orders below DKK 700/- shipping is shipping is Flat DKK 100/-.
2. Cash on Delivery only available for order value from DKK 700 to DKK 2900. Shipping is Flat DKK 100/- on Cash on Delivery. 
3. We use DHL as courier partner for all domestic orders.
4. Orders from all over Denmark are processed within 24 hours. For orders within city, we deliver in 2 working days and rest of Denmark we deliver in 5-7 working days.
5. You will be notified when your order is out for delivery in your local area.

PLEASE NOTE - All Handmade product are made on order, delivery time for handmade is 15-20 days for all over Europe.

International Shipping

1. Shipping Charges will be charged after checkout as per weight of the order.

2. Any Custom Charges to be paid by customer.

3. We use FEDEX courier service for shipping.

4. Delivery Time 7-12 working days.

5. During this unprecedented time (COVID-19) ,weather conditions shipments could be delayed , but we will try our best to get it delivered on time.
